Who We Are
In 2003, after selling his securitization advisory practice, Conduit Capital, Arthur Lautner founded Omega Corporate Finance as a small, lifestyle business. In 2012, Mr. Lautner initiated the launch of QuickBooks Financing in Canada and lead operations at both Intuit and Omega until 2014. In 2015, he developed financial technology that has propelled Omega into a leading corporate finance advisory practice serving small and mid-sized businesses.
